PUBLIC PERFORMANCE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
By purchasing any product, including video clips, image sequences, DVD-ROM and Blu-ray discs from BASS VISUALS you have agreed to this agreement that governs their use. All rights to this material are owned and reserved by BASS VISUALS. This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, world-wide license agreement between you and BASS VISUALS.
1. The product may only be used on ONE computer/device at any one time. For use on more than one computer/device at a time or for use and/or storage on a network designed for more than one user, you must purchase multiple copies.
2. The product may only be used, altered, or incorporated in a live performance or display.
3. The product may not be used in a defamatory, scandalous, illegal, misleading, or otherwise unlawful manner.
4. The product may not be transferred to third parties through the use of on-line services or networks.
5. You may not sell, sublicense, loan, give, or transfer any part of the product or a copy in either physical or electronic form, or exchange for any goods or services whatsoever, to another person, company or other entity.
6. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BASS VISUALS and all of its officers, directors, employees and agents ("Those Indemnified") for any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred directly or indirectly by Those Indemnified in connection with the use of the data for any unlawful, unauthorized or prohibited purpose.
7. Since we are not able to monitor the removal of the products from buyers computer we cannot consider any refunds after the product is downloaded or delivered. If the file you downloaded or the product you received is damaged, please contact us immediately.
8. The license contained in this agreement will terminate automatically without notice from BASS VISUALS if licensee fails to comply with any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, licensee must immediately: (I) stop using the licensed content; (II) destroy, delete or remove the licensed content from licensee's premises, computer systems and storage (electronic or physical).
9. BASS VISUALS reserves the right to amend this license agreement without notice.

All rights to this material are owned and reserved by BASS VISUALS. This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, world-wide license agreement between you and BASS VISUALS.

3. The product may not be used in a defamatory, scandalous, illegal, misleading, or otherwise unlawful manner.
4. The product may not be transferred to third parties through the use of on-line services or networks.
5. You may not sell, sublicense, loan, give, or transfer any part of the product or a copy in either physical or electronic form, or exchange for any goods or services whatsoever, to another person, company or other entity unless part of a derivative work as described in section 2.
